Custom builds

Hardware that looks and plays like yours

Controllers built to your spec, phone housings converted to the color you actually wanted, and consoles refreshed inside and out.

Build types

Three ways we customize

Custom controller builds

Shells, buttons, sticks, triggers, and internals picked by you and assembled by us. Cosmetic-only or full performance builds.

  • Custom shells and button kits
  • Hall-effect stick upgrades
  • Trigger stops and back paddles
  • Full cleaning and re-lube while it’s open

Phone body & housing swaps

Color conversions using complete replacement housings — the phone comes back a different color, properly sealed and fully tested.

  • Full housing color conversions
  • Back glass replacement with a color change
  • OEM-style fit and finish
  • Function testing after reassembly

Console refresh & upgrades

Make an aging console feel new: storage, thermals, and cosmetic work in one pass.

  • SSD and storage upgrades
  • Deep clean, new thermal paste
  • Shell swaps and cosmetic restoration
  • Quiet-fan and airflow work

Recent work

Housing swaps, controller builds, and the prep work behind them. Every build is photographed before and after, and those photos go out with your device.

How a build works

Spec it together, then we build

  1. Tell us the idea. Device, look, and how you play or use it.
  2. Get a parts plan. We spec exact parts and quote the build before anything is ordered.
  3. We build and test. Assembly, then function testing on every input and seal.
  4. You get the receipts. What went in, what was tested, and how to care for it.

Honest limits

Some housings and mods aren’t worth the risk on certain models — water sealing, part availability, and warranty implications vary. If your idea has a catch, we’ll tell you before you spend anything.
