BootLoop / Roadmap

Building BootLoop in public

What’s live. What’s limited. What comes next.

This roadmap separates services you can request now from programs still being built. It is not a promise of a launch date; it is a clear picture of the operating direction.

Live / requestable

Core Repair + Tech Help

Phone, tablet, computer, console/controller repair, diagnostics, data transfer, setup and local request intake.

Limited / advanced

Advanced Lab + Specialty Upgrades

Board-level repair, HDMI reconstruction, trace/pad work, selected advanced data paths, NAND/storage and specialty performance work based on validated capability.

Building

BootLoop Mobile

Full mobile repair-lab operations, expanded home tech visits, route-based pickup/return and business deployments.

Building

Mail-In

Controlled shipping intake for advanced repairs, ColorLab, upgrades, controllers and other specialty work worth sending.

Future

Business Concierge + Device Lifecycle

Recurring support agreements, larger deployment programs and expanded device lifecycle services after operational capacity is proven.

Future / separate division

Enterprise ITAD

Serialized asset intake, data destruction, recycling and institutional contracting remain future work and will not be sold as certified services until compliance systems exist.

What the labels mean

A status should tell you whether to click “book” or “watch.”

  • Live: actively requestable.
  • Limited: supported only for certain models, faults or capacity.
  • Advanced: inspection/diagnosis required.
  • Building: active development, not broad public availability.
  • Future: concept/long-range division, not sold today.

Why no fake dates?

Tooling, staffing, insurance, workflow validation and demand all affect rollout. A made-up launch date looks cleaner on a graphic and worse when reality changes. Status is more useful than theater.
