Everyday repair, without guesswork

Tell us what stopped working.

Cracked, dead, overheating, drifting, not charging or simply acting strange—we start with the symptom and work toward the right repair rather than replacing parts at random.

Phones + Tablets

We repair common display, battery, charging, camera and housing failures on supported phones and tablets.

  • Cracked or failed screens
  • Battery replacement and runtime issues
  • Back glass and housing damage
  • Charging-port and power problems
  • Camera, lens and selected component faults

Laptops + Computers

We diagnose hardware and software faults and recommend repair or upgrade based on the machine’s condition and value.

  • No-power and boot problems
  • Storage and SSD upgrades
  • Battery and charging issues
  • Displays, keyboards and inputs
  • Thermal, OS and performance troubleshooting

Consoles + Controllers

We handle common console and controller failures, including work that may cross into the Advanced Lab.

  • HDMI and port problems
  • Overheating and thermal service
  • No-power diagnosis
  • Stick drift and input faults
  • Buttons, triggers and controller calibration

Diagnostic-first repairs

When the fault is unclear, diagnosis is the repair’s first step.

A broken screen is obvious. A device that will not power on, charges intermittently or has liquid/board damage usually is not.

For faults that need investigation, BootLoop uses a $60 diagnostic/bench fee. When you approve an eligible repair, that diagnostic is credited toward the repair. We will tell you when diagnosis is required before teardown or paid investigative work begins.

  • Fault isolation before unnecessary parts are ordered
  • Clear repair-versus-replace recommendation
  • Advanced Lab handoff when board-level work is justified

Before you approve

You should know what you are buying.

Your quote can vary by exact model, part grade, prior damage and the condition found during diagnosis. We disclose the repair path and available part tier before approval rather than hiding those differences behind one vague price.

Frequently Asked Questions

Repair FAQ

Direct answers to the questions customers most often ask before starting this type of request.

How much does device repair cost?

Repair pricing depends on the exact model, failed component, part tier and condition. Straightforward jobs can often be quoted from the model and symptoms; uncertain faults may require the $60 diagnostic first.

Do you repair iPhones, Android phones and tablets?

Yes. BootLoop evaluates supported iPhone, Android phone and tablet repairs including screens, batteries, charging problems, cameras and housing damage. Exact availability depends on model and parts.

Can you fix game consoles and controllers?

Yes. Console and controller work includes supported HDMI and port faults, thermal/overheating service, no-power diagnosis, stick drift, input problems and selected board-level repairs.

Should I repair or replace my device?

We compare repair cost and condition against the value and useful life of the device. If replacement makes more financial sense, BootLoop can help you source and set up a better option instead.
