Pricing

Quotes before work. Always.

Repair pricing depends on the exact model and part grade, so we quote each job individually after diagnosis — and the quote is the price. Where the fault needs investigating first, diagnostics are $60, credited in full toward your repair once you approve the work. Every completed repair carries a 90-day warranty on the parts fitted and the labour done.

Starting prices

What common repairs actually run

Real published prices from our current parts and labour list, covering Apple, Google, Motorola, Samsung phones, tablets and laptops. The range is wide because a budget A-series screen and a flagship OLED are not the same job — your exact model decides where in the band you land.

Starting prices by repair type
Repair From Typical ceiling Models priced
Battery $100 $320 138 +92 by quote
Screen $115 $1085 484 +164 by quote

Process

From “it’s broken” to “it’s back”

  1. Tell us the problem

Send a service request with your device and what it is doing (or not doing). Photos help.

  2. Get a real diagnosis

We confirm the actual fault and quote the fix before any paid work begins — no surprise line items.

  3. Approve the work

You approve the plan and price. If a repair is not worth it, we say so and lay out smarter options.

  4. Back in your hands

We repair, test, and return your device, and walk you through what was done.

FAQ

Repair questions, answered

Do I pay for a diagnosis?

Only when the fault needs investigating. Diagnostics are $60, and the full $60 is credited toward your repair when you approve the work — so an approved repair costs you nothing extra for the diagnosis. You always see the price before any paid work starts.

How long does a typical repair take?

It depends on the fault and parts availability. Once we diagnose your device we give you a specific timeline and stick to it. We are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm.

Do you use quality parts?

We source parts from approved suppliers and tell you exactly what grade of part is going into your device before you approve the work.

Is there a warranty on repairs?

Yes — every repair carries a 90-day warranty on the parts we fitted and the work we did. If something we replaced or worked on fails inside that window, bring it back and we will make it right.
